• Self-paced courses: 7-day money back guarantee if you have completed less than 20% of the course content

• Bundles and All-Access: 7-day refund if total progress across included courses is under 20%

• Download-only products and templates are not refundable once downloaded

How to request
Email support@creatorcampus.courses within 7 days of purchase. Include your order ID and the email used at checkout.

Process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Abuse
We may refuse refunds in cases of repeated or abusive requests.
